How to View Analytics

To access the analytics for your personalized video, follow these steps:

  1. Open Your Project:

    • Navigate to your Studio Dashboard.

    • Select the personalized video project for which you'd like to view analytics.

  2. Access the Analytics Dashboard:

    • Once in the project, click the Video Analytics tab. This will display detailed metrics for all copies of the video that have been generated.


Analytics Dashboard Overview

  • Summary Metrics: View the overall performance of your video project. This section includes:

    • Total Video Copies Generated: The total number of personalized video copies created.

    • Total Links Clicked: How many unique links have been clicked by viewers.

    • Average Watch Time: The average duration viewers spent watching your video.

    • Click-Through Rate (CTR): The percentage of viewers who clicked on a call-to-action (CTA) within the video landing page.

    • Video View Rate: How many people started watching the video after clicking the link.

    • Video Completion Rate: How many viewers watched the entire video.

    • Total CTA Clicks: The number of times viewers interacted with the CTA on the video landing page.

  • Track Viewer Behavior:

    • Detailed Reports: Track individual viewer activity such as:

      • When and where the video was watched.

      • The device used to view the video.

      • Trends in viewership and engagement over time.

    • Unique Video Copies: For each personalized video copy, detailed analytics such as click-through rate, average watch time, and user-specific data will be available.

  • Measure Engagement:

    • Open and Click-Through Rates: Monitor how many people opened the video link and how many interacted with the CTA.

    • Watch Time Insights: View the average watch time per video copy to identify which sections of your video hold the audience’s attention.

    • Retention Graphs: Understand where viewers drop off during the video to improve future content.

  • Identify Peak Viewing Periods:

    • Trending Locations & Times: View heat maps that show where and when your video is being watched the most.

  • User-Specific Data:

    • For each video copy, dive into viewer details such as:

      • Date and time of view.

      • Geographical location.

      • Device type used to view the video.

      • Variables like personalized data added to the video (e.g., viewer’s name).

  • Click the Reports button (plus icon) to generate tailored reports on your video performance.
