Navigation and definitions for the campaign and individual video-level analytics

How to navigate to the Analytics section:

  1. My Library -> Personalized Projects or Quick Videos

  2. Choose a campaign you want the analytics for

  3. Click on the View Analytics button above

Analytics Features

  • Location-based Analytics: click on Trending Places and select the country on the map to see the statistics for a specific location.

  • Campaign Timeframe: select the date range you need the report for by clicking on the All Time drop-down menu.

  • Report Download: select the date range of the campaign and download the report. It takes up to 5 minutes to create and get the generated report in PDF.

  • Generated Reports: click on the button to view all the previously generated reports.

DEFINITIONS

Global AVG Stats – Campaign-level analytics for the whole video campaign

Video Views – how many times overall the campaign videos were viewed

Total Links Clicked – how many times the links with campaign videos were opened

Average Watch Time – average watch time of all the campaign videos played

Unique Video Views – how many times all the campaign videos were viewed by individual campaign recipients

Watch Time – the average time campaign recipients watched your videos

Trending Places – statistics on the video views from specific locations

Total Videos Generated – number of videos in the whole campaign
