Select words for personalization.
In the script, select a single word or a phrase for personalization.
In the drop-down menu, choose "Text" and click on the + icon right next to it.
Define Variables
Enter a descriptive name for your variable (e.g., "first_name", "company_name")
Ensure the variable name matches exactly how it appears in your CRM or database
Save the name of the variable.
Repeat the Process
Continue steps above for all words you want to personalize in your script
Double-check that all intended personalization points are marked
Publish Your Project
Once satisfied with your personalization setup, locate the "Publish project" button at the bottom of the page.
