This guide covers how to integrate Outreach for a video campaign and trigger Gan.AI to programmatically create and send videos with any other source.

Linking your Outreach account to Gan.AI

  1. Log into the Gan.AI account

  2. Click on the "User Settings" tab on the left navigation bar. Then go to User Settings --> Integrations

  3. Select Outreach from the list below

  1. Click on 'Connect to Outreach' and follow the steps to link your Outreach account to Gan.AI

How to import data from Outreach to create video copies in Gan.AI?

To generate video copies on Gan.AI while adding or updating a prospect on Outreach, follow the below steps -

  1. Log in to the Gan.AI account

  2. Select the project for which Outreach needs to be set up

  3. Click on 'Project settings'

  4. Go to 'Integrations'

  5. Click on 'Outreach'

  6. Make sure to turn on the Import data settings in the project

  7. Select Trigger Events from below for which the videos would be generated. Currently we support three scenarios for creating new video copies - a. A new prospect is created in Outreach account b. An existing prospect is updated in Outreach account c. A prospect is added to a sequence in Outreach account

  8. For each Gan.AI project variable, select relevant input fields from Outreach to complete the mapping

  9. Optionally, the tag created in Outreach can also be added into the Trigger Tag field. If Trigger Tag is set, the videos will only be created when a prospect in Outreach is tagged with the Trigger Tag in Gan.AI

  10. Click ‘Save & Close’ to save the changes

How to send video copies to Outreach from Gan.AI?

  1. Log in to the Gan.AI account

  2. Select the project for which Outreach needs to be set up

  3. Click on 'Project settings'

  4. Go to 'Integrations'

  5. Click on 'Outreach'

  6. Make sure that the Import data settings are turned on for the project

  7. Turn on the export data settings

  8. Map the Gan.AI fields to the custom fields in Outreach. Ensure that the fields selected are empty in a prospect's details. Selecting filled fields will override existing information

  9. For each Gan.AI project variable that appears below, select relevant input fields from Outreach to complete the mapping

  10. To add new fields, click on “New fields” and select the relevant one from the dropdown and map it to the relevant custom field in Outreach

  11. Additionally, you can delete the Gan properties which you don't want to send to Outreach

  12. Click 'Save & Close' to save the changes
