Please follow the below-mentioned tips and guidelines to get the best results out of our personalized video feature:

1. In case you are using Voice AI variables, keep your video script specific. Say ‘Hi James’.

2. If you are not using Voice AI variables, keep your video script generic. Say ‘Hi there’ instead of 'Hi James'.

3. Use good-quality microphone and camera equipment (the higher the quality, the better the output)

4. Position yourself at least 3 feet away from the camera.

5. Avoid background noise, such as AC, fans, traffic, etc. Record in a quiet place with no distractions, so that personalization turns out perfect!

6. Make sure that your head is always within the camera frame.

7. Avoid sudden movements while recording.

8. For dynamic background scrolling, do not share your screen while recording. This can be applied later.
