Assigning Voice AI variables
This guide shows how to create and assign voice variables in your project.
1. Creating a Voice AI variable
Click on a word or select multiple words where you want to apply personalization.
In the menu, click the '+' button next to Voice (AI).
Enter the name of the variable you are creating (Tip: to personalize a client's name, enter the variable name as 'name'), then click on Save.
2. Detaching a Voice AI variable
Click on the assigned variable name in your script.
In the menu, select the 'Detach Variable' button.
The variable will be successfully detached.
3. Deleting a Voice AI variable
Hover on the variable that you want to delete in the footer in the script.
On hovering, click on the 'X' button to delete the variable
The variable will be successfully deleted.
