Assigning Voice AI variables

This guide shows how to create and assign voice variables in your project.

1. Creating a Voice AI variable

• Click on a word or select multiple words where you want to apply personalization.

• In the menu, click the '+' button next to Voice (AI).

• Enter the name of the variable you are creating (Tip: to personalize a client's name, enter the variable name as 'name'), then click on Save.

2. Detaching a Voice AI variable

• Click on the assigned variable name in your script.

• In the menu, select the 'Detach Variable' button.

• The variable will be successfully detached.

3. Deleting a Voice AI variable

• Hover on the variable that you want to delete in the footer in the script.

• On hovering, click on the 'X' button to delete the variable

• The variable will be successfully deleted.
