Personalized thumbnails act as previews of video content that are customized for individual recipients. Show a brief, eye-catching snippet of the video content tailored to each viewer's name or message, and capture attention more effectively than static images. You can copy these thumbnails and paste them directly into your email editor/whatsapp/slack.
They increase engagement and click-through rates in digital communications. Including your user's name in the thumbnail can increase click-through rates by up to 5x!
