Every video is hosted on a unique landing page, this allows you to send a personalized video landing page to every client. This helps in creating a highly engaging experience for each client.

Change design & branding

You can customize the design of your landing page by going to the "Design" tab in the side menu in your landing page editor

  1. Click on the 'Your Logo' button at the top of the landing page editor.

  2. Adjust your logo as needed, & click on 'Save'.

  3. You can add a link to your company’s website, allowing users to be redirected when they click on the logo.

  4. Additionally, you can adjust the alignment of your logo to 'Left,' 'Center,' or 'Right'

How to add a favicon in your landing page

A favicon is like a tiny brand logo for your website. It is displayed in the browser's address bar, next to the page's title in tabs. To add your brand's favicon, follow the below mentioned steps:

  1. Make sure no particular element is selected in your landing page editor. You can click anywhere on the background to deselect everything.

  2. Click on the 'Upload image' button under upload website favicon to upload your favicon

  3. Adjust your image as needed, and click "Save" once you are satisfied with the changes.

How to add/edit a background color

Use the color picker to select a solid color or linear gradient background for the page.

How to add a background image

  1. Click on the 'Upload image' button under upload background image to upload your image.

  2. Adjust your image as needed, and click 'Save' once you are satisfied with the changes.

How to add/remove Gan.AI branding

This option allows you to enable or disable the display of the Gan.AI branding at the footer of your landing page.

Edit & add variables in your text

You can customize your text in the following ways:

Change the design style

You can change the style, font, and color of your text by selecting the text and choosing the desired options from the above toolbar. You can modify the alignment, and insert links or images directly into the text box as well.

Additionally, you can also add a background to your text box by clicking on the 'Text box background' on the left and choosing your desired color.

How to create/reuse variables

Adding variables in your landing page helps increase engagement & conversion rates. You can create new variables or reuse already created ones.

  1. To create a new variable, type @ followed by the variable name and press enter.

  2. Or type @ and click the 'Text +' button in the menu, then assign a variable name, and click 'Save.'

  3. To reuse an already created variable, type '@' in the text box & choose the desired variable from the list.

(Tip: Enhance your client's experience by adding a 'Name' variable to your heading. Eg. Hi @name)

Note: Text variables can be created directly within the text box, while only voice variables created in the previous step can be added

How to add a regular link button

A regular link button redirects viewers to the specified link. This is helpful if you want the viewers to visit another platform after watching the video

To add a regular link button:

  1. Select the CTA you want to modify

  2. In the left menu, under 'Button Type', choose 'Regular Button'

  3. Enter the redirection link under 'Enter CTA URL'

Adding a download button

A download button allows viewers to download the video displayed on the landing page.

To add a download button:

  1. Select the CTA you want to modify

  2. In the left menu, under 'Button Type', choose 'Download Button'

Adding a share button

A share button allows the viewer to share the link to the landing page through various mediums.

To add a Share button:

  1. Select the CTA you want to modify

  2. In the left menu, under 'Button Type', choose 'Share Button'

Adding a social button

A social button lets you add links to your organization’s social media profiles, like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

To add a Social button:

  1. Select the CTA you want to modify

  2. In the left menu, under 'Button Type', choose 'Social Button'

  3. Add the link to your social media handle under 'Social link'

Adding a call button

A call button lets you add your contact number to a button, so if a viewer presses this, they can call you. This is helpful if most of your viewers are opening the link in their mobile.

To add a Call button:

  1. Select the CTA you want to modify

  2. In the left menu, under 'Button Type', choose 'Call Button'

  3. Now select the country code & add your contact number

Changing dimensions of your CTA

Generally your CTAs are on 'Auto adjust' which makes them adjust their width according how long your text is in the button. But if you want to adjust the height and width of a button according to your needs follow these steps:

  1. Select the CTA you want to modify

  2. In the left menu, under button details, choose 'Fixed Size'

  3. Now adjust the width and height accordingly

Additionally, you can also adjust the corner radius and border width of your CTA by following these steps:

  1. Select the CTA you want to modify

  2. In the left menu, under 'Button Details', look for 'Corner radius' & 'Border width'

  3. Now adjust them according to your needs

Changing colors in your CTA

You can change the button color, border color & the icon color in your CTA by following these steps:

  1. Select the CTA you want to modify

  2. In the left menu, look for 'Button color', 'Border color' & 'Icon color'

  3. Now adjust them according to your needs

Personalizing your CTA URLs

You can also personalize your CTA URL by adding a text variable in your regular & social button by following these simple steps:

  1. Select the CTA you want to personalize

  2. In the left menu, under 'Button Details', in the 'CTA URL' input (in a regular button) or 'Enter social link' input (in a social button), type '@'

  3. Now choose the desired variable from the list

  4. To create a new variable, click the '+' button next to 'Text' in the menu, assign a name to the variable, and click 'Save

  5. Your CTA redirection link is now personalized

Editing landing page description

This updates the title & description of your landing page link. This content will appear when you share the link to your video landing page with others.

Website Title

This is the title of your website’s link & it appears at the top of your browser in the tab section. To set your website title, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the 'Website title' tab in the side menu

  2. Under 'Website title', enter your desired title (e.g., "Gan Product Demo")

  3. To personalize the title, type '@' to select an existing variable or create a new text variable

Website description

This is the description of your website’s link & it appears when you share the video landing page's link with others. To set your website description, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the 'Website title' tab in the side menu

  2. Under 'Website description', enter your desired description (e.g., "Hi, we are approaching you to sign up for our product's demo")

  3. To personalize the title, type '@' to select an existing variable or create a new text variable

Preview Your Page

Previewing your landing page helps you to review your design thoroughly so that you can still make any changes, if needed, before saving & publishing. To preview, follow these steps:

  1. Click 'Preview' in the top right corner

  2. Review your landing page

  3. To make further changes, click 'Exit Preview' to return to editing

  4. If you're satisfied, click 'Publish Changes' to finalize
