Export video data

We also support exporting detailed data for all the videos created in a personalized project as a CSV file. This CSV file can be exported in two ways:

• Download it directly to your device

• Send it to the email associated with your Gan.AI account

How to download the CSV file with all video data?

1. Open the personalized project you want to export data for.

2. Click on the " " button in the header.

1. From the dropdown menu, select 'Download CSV'.

2. Choose the date range for which you want the video data.

1. Click 'Download CSV' to save the file to your device.

How to send the CSV file with all video data to your email?

1. Open the personalized project you want to export data for.

2. Click on the " " button in the header.

1. From the dropdown menu, select 'Send CSV to email'.

2. Choose the date range for which you want the video data.

1. Click 'Send CSV to email' to send the file to the email connected to your Gan.AI account.

What does each CSV field mean?

1. video_id - Unique ID of every video generated

2. user_email - Email ID of the user who created the video

3. unique ID - Unique ID of every viewer

4. recipient - Name of the viewer of the video

5. email - Email of the viewer of the video

6. mobile_number - Mobile number of the viewer of the

7. video thumbnail - Unique link for each video’s thumbnail

8. qr_code - Unique QR code for each video

9. video_status - Generation status of the video

10. url - Unique link to each video’s landing page

11. permalink - Unique link to each video’s exact mp4 file

12. video embed code - Unique code of each video to embed it in your website/email

13. thumbnail embed code - Unique code of each thumbnail to embed it in your website/email
