How to View Analytics
Steps to view analytics for a video:
To access your analytics:
Go to your Gan.AI Dashboard
Open your personalized project
Click the Analytics tab.

You will now see the Personalized Video Analytics dashboard, like the one shown in the screenshot.

You can filter data by:
Country
Date Range (Last 7 Days, 30 Days, etc.)
Analytics Dashboard Overview
Your analytics dashboard is divided into four key sections:
Summary Section (Top Row)
This gives you a quick snapshot of your video performance:
Video Copies Generated
Number of personalized videos successfully created
Total Links Clicked
Total number of times any links were clicked on your landing page
Unique Links Clicked
How many unique viewers clicked a link (no duplicates)
Total Video Views
Total number of video play events
Unique Video Views
Number of unique viewers who played your video
Average Watch Time
Average number of seconds viewers watched out of total length
Click Through Rate (CTR)
% of viewers who clicked any link on your page
Video View Rate
% of people who opened the page and actually played the video
Video Completion Rate
% of viewers who watched the video till the end
Total CTA Clicks
Total number of CTA button clicks (e.g., “Book Meeting”)
Key Metrics Graph (Middle Left)
This visual graph shows activity over time, including:

Video copies generated
Total link clicks
Website views
Video views
You can toggle each metric ON/OFF using the Show/Hide graphs option. This graph helps see daily performance trends across a selected period.
Viewer Retention Graph (Middle Right)
This graph shows how long viewers watched the video.

X-axis = Video timeline in seconds
Y-axis = Number of viewers
Once viewers start watching:
You’ll see drop-off curves
High-retention segments
Completion percentage
This is extremely useful for identifying:
Which parts of your video are engaging
Where viewers lose interest
User Data Section (Bottom)
This includes:

Viewer identity (if tracking enabled)
Watch duration
CTA action logs
Click events
Timestamped activity
This table helps identify high-intent leads.
Trending Places, Trending Time & Device Split
These sections of your analytics dashboard help you understand where your viewers come from, when they watch your videos, and what devices they use.
Below is a detailed breakdown of each panel.

Trending Places (Geo Heatmap)
The Trending Places section shows a world map displaying the geographical location of your viewers.
What it shows:
Countries and cities where your personalized videos were viewed
Number of video-related link clicks from each location
Visual heat intensity (darker/colored regions = more activity)
Why it’s Useful:
Helps you identify strong-performing regions
Useful for regional campaigns and global outreach
Let's sales teams prioritize leads by geography
Allows marketing teams to optimize ad targeting
Trending Time (Hourly/Weekly Activity Heatmap)
The Trending Time panel shows a heatmap of what time of day and which day of the week your viewers tend to watch your videos.
What the grid represents:
Horizontal axis
Days of the week (Mon–Sun)
Vertical axis
Time of day (morning → night)
Heatmap color
Higher density = more views during that period
Why It’s Useful:
Shows peak engagement times
Helps schedule follow-ups based on viewer habits
Helps marketers send campaigns at optimal times
Let's you adjust campaign timing for better open & watch rates
Example Use Cases:
If most viewers watch between 9 AM – 12 PM, send future messages during this window
If your audience is active on weekends, plan weekend sends.
Device Split
Located under the Trending Time panel
What Device Split Shows:
A breakdown of which devices viewers used to watch your personalized video:

One-click CSV Export
Export all analytics data using Download CSV - You can download the analytics in a CSV sheet just selecting the dates you want the report for.
You can also view and download the generated reports in the past using the "Generated reports Tab".
