The Studio Free plan is perfect for beginners who want to explore Gan.AI at no cost. It includes an HD screen and camera recorder, 10 free avatar videos, 100 generative credits, and 10 credits for personalized video copies. You also get access to stock avatars, a video landing page, a Chrome extension, and AI-generated captions and summaries — making it a great entry point for testing basic features.<br>

2. **Creator Plan – $24/month**

The Creator Plan is designed for individuals and small teams looking to build and scale with a personalized AI avatar. It includes one custom avatar or one personalized project, along with unlimited avatar videos, 6,000 generative credits, and 20 monthly personalization credits. In addition to all features available in the Free Plan, the Creator Plan allows you to create personalized video landing pages and add website video overlays, enabling stronger audience engagement. This plan is ideal for content creators and small businesses that produce consistent, branded video content. Please note that if you have already created a custom avatar and later wish to create a personalized project, the existing custom avatar must be deleted first.<br>

#### Switch It Up: Upgrade or Downgrade Anytime

Upgrading or downgrading your plan means changing your current subscription to a higher or lower plan based on your needs. Upgrading gives you more features, credits, or avatar capacity. Downgrading reduces your plan level to save cost or match lower usage.

Steps to Upgrade or Downgrade your subscription

Open your browser and visit Gan.ai. On the top menu, click on “**Pricing**”.

After selecting a plan that fits your needs, you will need to create an account. Select your preferred plan and click the "**Get Started**" or "**Start Free**" button.

You'll be directed to the signup page. Kindly enter your credentials and create your account.

Once logged in, kindly click on the "**Upgrade plan**" option located in the left sidebar menu.

After you click the "**Upgrade plan**" option from the left sidebar, you'll be redirected to the Plan Selection Page, where you can see all available subscription tiers. You can choose an Annual or Monthly plan.

It shows both your current plan and the plans to which you can upgrade.

The “**Seat**” is the number of team members who can access your Gan.AI account. One seat = one person. Add more seats to let team members log in and create videos together. Each additional seat increases your monthly cost. For solo users, keep 1 seat. For teams, add more seats for collaboration.

After clicking on the **Upgrade** option. You'll be redirected to the Payment/Checkout Page.

You can make payment via 3 options - “**Pay with Link**” , “ Filling your card details” & “ Bank”

After filling in your card credentials, click on Subscribe.

Once payment gets approved. You will be notified. Click on continue to use your account.

Downgrading reduces your plan level to save cost or match lower usage. As per the below image, the user is using the **Creator** plan. If the user wishes to downgrade to the Free plan. He needs to select the Downgrade option.

After clicking on the **Downgrade** Button. You will be redirected to the **cancel subscription page**.

Once the plan is cancelled. You will be able to see the current plan (Downgraded Plan)
