# Automatic Backgrounds

#### Why Use Automatic Backgrounds?

Using dynamic backgrounds helps you:

* Establish an **immediate visual connection** with each viewer by showing relevant content behind the avatar or person in the video (e.g., their website, city, or company).
* Increase **viewer engagement and perceived personalization**, thereby improving click-through and conversion rates.
* Automate what would otherwise require manual video editing for each version—saving time and resources when creating personalized videos at scale.
