Exporting Videos

Gan.AI lets you download single or multiple personalized videos easily. Use direct download, bulk export, or CSV-by-email for fast access to all video data.

How to download an Individual Video:

To download a video, first navigate carefully to the specific project you want within the dashboard. After locating it, select the checkbox placed right next to the intended video file. Then, click or activate the download button to begin the file transfer process.

This procedure securely preserves all applied customizations and guarantees a complete, production-ready video delivery directly to your local storage device.

Alternatively, users may download a single video by accessing the context menu through the three-dot icon adjacent to the video entry. Selecting the download arrow option from this menu initiates immediate transfer of the completed video file to the user's local device storage, preserving all customizations and professional quality.

How to download videos in bulk

The account dashboard offers a convenient way to download multiple videos simultaneously. By clicking on the Export Videos, you get two options

• Download CSV

• Send CSV to Email

Steps to download CSV Step 1: Access Your Project

• Log in to your Gan.AI account and click on the Project where you have generated videos.

Step 2: Locate the Export Option

• In the right sidebar, you'll find the "Export videos" section. This contains all data export options available for your project.

Step 3: Click Download CSV

• Within the Export videos menu, select the "Download CSV" option. This button initiates the data export process. You may be able to choose a Date range (which videos to include based on creation date). After selecting the date range. You can download your CSV.

Step 4: File Generation

• The platform processes your request and generates the CSV file containing all selected data. This typically takes a few seconds to a few minutes, depending on the volume of videos. Once done, it will prompt you to choose the respective folder or storage setting.

Step 5: Open in Spreadsheet

• Open the downloaded CSV file in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet application. All video data is now organized in columns and rows for easy viewing and analysis.

Send CSV to Email

Step 1: Access Your Project

• Log in to your Gan.AI account and click on the Project where you have generated videos.

Step 2: Locate the Export Option

• In the right sidebar, you'll find the "Export videos" section. This contains all data export options available for your project.

Step 3: Click send CSV to Email

• You may be able to choose a Date range (which videos to include based on creation date) after selecting the date range. You will get the CSV in the email registered with Gan.AI.

Step 4: Check your registered Email ID

• The platform processes your request and generates the CSV file containing all selected data. This typically takes a few seconds to a few minutes, depending on the volume of videos. Once complete, it sends the data to your registered email.
