Custom Domain Setup
Gan.AI lets you use your own Custom Domain for professional, branded video pages. Add your domain, update DNS records, and verify easily with step-by-step guidance.
Here’s a simple, step-by-step guide to link your Custom Domain with Gan.AI.
Log in to your Gan.AI account and click on "Account." Then go to the "My Workspace" section and click on the "Action Icon" button.
Once the Action Button is clicked on. You will be directed to the custom domain setting page. You need to click on the “Add new domain” button.
Enter your domain address in a ‘video.yourwebsite.com’ format. This should be the exact subdomain address where you want to host your videos.
After entering and completing the custom domain information in the required field, please ensure that you carefully click the Save option to store and apply your changes.

You are required to set up two separate DNS records inside your DNS control panel. To do this, first sign in to your DNS service provider’s account, locate your domain management section, and then open your Domain List area, where all configuration options are available.
Look for the domain that you added to the Gan.AI platform & click on 'Manage'
In 'Advanced DNS', click on ‘Add a record’ under the 'Host Records' section to create your first record. Under 'Type', choose the record type as 'CNAME Record'
Copy 'Record Name 1' from the Gan.AI platform & paste it under the 'Host' section
Copy 'Record Value 1' from the Gan.AI platform & paste it under the ‘Value’ section & save the details
Add a new record & under 'Type', choose the record type as 'CNAME Record'
Copy 'Record Name 2' from the Gan.AI platform & paste it under the 'Host' section
Copy 'Record Value 2' from the Gan.AI platform & paste it under the ‘Value’ section & save the details
After successfully adding the required DNS records, wait for approximately 2 to 24 hours, then return to the Gan.AI platform to click on the ‘Verify’ button to complete the verification process.
Important Note: If the verification status continues to display “Pending”, do not worry. Wait a few more hours, revisit the verification page, and press the ‘Verify’ button once again to attempt the process.
Once the domain is verified, you can also set it as the default for your videos
You can choose whether to set it as the default for only your upcoming projects or for all the projects.
Setting up a Custom Domain with Gan.AI ensures your video links look professional, trustworthy, and fully aligned with your brand. Once configured and verified, your custom domain can be used across all your personalized videos and landing pages, giving viewers a seamless, branded experience while reinforcing your company’s identity.
