Adding dynamic backgrounds

Add dynamic backgrounds automatically to your videos in Gan.ai Studio for a more engaging, branded look.

Dynamic backgrounds allow you to personalize your videos for each viewer, displaying content like their website, LinkedIn profile, or other tailored weblinks in the background.

Note:

1. Duration of the background should be atleast 2s

2. Linkedin/Facebook URLs require a special access code to work. This can be found later in Project settings -> Dynamic backgrounds

Steps to follow:

1. Click on "Add background"

1. Enable Dynamic Backgrounds

   • Navigate to the "Dynamic Backgrounds" section

   • Toggle the "Dynamic Backgrounds" option to ON or click "Enable Dynamic Backgrounds" below

1. Set the Timeframe

   • Choose when the dynamic background should appear

   • Select the start and end times on the right

   • Ensure the timeframe is at least 2 seconds long

1. Name the Variable

   • Assign a clear, descriptive name to the dynamic background variable

   • This name will be used to reference the personalized content

Settings

• Choose whether to keep face visible while scrolling the website or not by toggling it on the right.

• Choose scroll speed: slow, medium, or fast

• Choose screen share quality: low, medium, or high

*Scroll speed and screen share quality will not reflect in the video preview.

• Specify where the personalized content should be pulled from (e.g., viewer's website, LinkedIn profile)

1. Preview and Test

• Use the preview function to ensure the dynamic background appears as intended

• Test with sample data to verify personalization works correctly
