Connect Outreach to Gan.AI to auto-generate personalized videos when prospects are created, updated, or added to sequences, and export video links back to Outreach.
Linking your Outreach account to Gan.AI
Log in to the Gan.AI account
Click on the "User Settings" tab on the left navigation bar. Then go to User Settings --> Integrations
Select Outreach from the list below
Click on 'Connect to Outreach' and follow the steps to link your Outreach account to Gan.AI
To generate video copies on Gan.AI while adding or updating a prospect on Outreach, follow the steps below -
Log in to the Gan.AI account
Select the project for which Outreach needs to be set up
Click on 'Project settings'
Go to 'Integrations'
Click on 'Outreach'
Make sure to turn on the Import data settings in the project
Select Trigger Events from below for which the videos would be generated. Currently, we support three scenarios for creating new video copies -
A new prospect is created in the Outreach account
An existing prospect is updated in the Outreach account
A prospect is added to a sequence in the Outreach account
For each Gan.AI project variable, select relevant input fields from Outreach to complete the mapping
Optionally, the tag created in Outreach can also be added to the Trigger Tag field. If Trigger Tag is set, the videos will only be created when a prospect in Outreach is tagged with the Trigger Tag in Gan.AI
Click ‘Save & Close’ to save the changes
How to send video copies to Outreach from Gan.AI?
Log in to the Gan.AI account
Select the project for which Outreach needs to be set up
Click on 'Project settings'
Go to 'Integrations'
Click on 'Outreach'
Make sure that the Import data settings are turned on for the project
Turn on the export data settings
Map the Gan.AI fields to the custom fields in Outreach. Ensure that the fields selected are empty in a prospect's details. Selecting filled fields will override existing information
For each Gan.AI project variable that appears below, select relevant input fields from Outreach to complete the mapping
To add new fields, click on “New fields” and select the relevant one from the dropdown, and map it to the relevant custom field in Outreach
Additionally, you can delete the Gan properties that you don't want to send to Outreach
Click 'Save & Close' to save the changes
Connecting Outreach to Gan.AI allows your personalized video workflows to run automatically in the background. Once set up, new prospects and key updates trigger instant video creation, while completed videos flow directly back into Outreach. It’s an effortless way to enrich your sequences with high-impact, personalized content.
