# Follow Up Boss

#### Linking your Follow Up Boss account to Gan.AI

**The following steps should only be performed by the account admin of the Follow Up Boss account:**

1. Go to <https://www.followupboss.com/> and log in to the account
2. Go to the ‘Admin’ tab at the top. In the Admin tab, scroll down to ‘Integrations’.
3. Within Integrations - select ‘API Keys & Lead Email’
4. Create a new API Key on this page, with a name relevant to Gan.AI Integration, eg, ‘Gan.ai integration key’
5. Copy the newly created API Key (Note - Only the API key created by the account admin can be used to link FUB with Gan.AI)

**Steps in Gan.AI:**

1. Log in to the Gan.AI account
2. Click on the "User Settings" tab on the left navigation bar. Then go to User Settings --> Integrations
3. Select Follow Up Boss from the list
4. Paste the FUB API Key in Gan.AI and click ‘Connect to Follow Up Boss’ <br>

#### How to import data from Follow Up Boss to create video copies in Gan.AI?

**To generate video copies on Gan.AI when you add or update a person (lead) on FUB, follow the steps below -**

1. Log in to the Gan.AI account
2. Select the project for which FUB needs to be set up
3. Click on 'Project settings'
4. Go to 'Integrations'
5. Click on 'Follow Up Boss'
6. Select Trigger Events from below for which the videos would be generated. Currently, we support two scenarios for creating new video copies.

* A new person (lead) is created in the FUB account
* An existing person (lead) is updated in the FUB account

7. For each Gan.AI project variable, select relevant input variables from the follow-up boss to complete the mapping
8. Custom fields can also be created on FUB for mapping those to Gan.AI variables
9. Optionally, the tag created in FUB can also be added to the Trigger Tag field. If Trigger Tag is set, the videos will only be created when a prospect in FUB is tagged with the Trigger Tag in Gan.AI
10. Click ‘Save & Close’ to save the changes

**Note: A video will be created for a person only once to avoid duplicate copies of the same video. So, if a video was created for the person when they were added, it won't be generated again if there are updates on the person in FUB**

#### &#xD; How to send video copies to Follow Up Boss from Gan.AI?

**Note: We recommend not changing the name/deleting the Gan.AI properties and leaving them as. is**

1. Log in to the Gan.AI account
2. Select the project for which FUB needs to be set up
3. Click on 'Project settings'
4. Go to 'Integrations'
5. Click on 'Follow Up Boss'
6. Turn on the export settings in FUB
7. The Gan.AI fields will be automatically created in FUB as custom fields once you save the changes
8. To add new fields, click on 'New fields' and select the relevant one from the dropdown
9. The FUB custom field will be automatically created
10. You can also create a trigger tag, which will automatically be created in FUB against people (leads) for whom the video generation was successful
11. Click ‘Save & Close’ to save the changes

With Gan.AI and Follow Up Boss connected, personalized videos are generated and synced automatically whenever new leads are added or updated. Custom fields and tags are created for you, making it easy to track each video directly inside FUB. It’s a smooth, hands-off way to add high-impact personalization to your real estate workflows.
